Error: Paperless Picking with "Single-Shipment Pick Lists" and "Confirm Shipment on Pick List Confirmation"

When confirming a Pick List i always get the error:Another process has updated the 'SOPickingWorksheet' record. Your changes will be lost.Create Sales Order Create Shipment Create Pick Lists with “Create Single-Shipment Pick Lists” Check “Send To Picking Queue” and “Confirm Shipment on Pick List Confirmation" Start “Pick, Pack, Ship” - Next List - Scan Location, Package, Item - Confirm Package - Finish And Next ErrorSetting: PackOnly  What am i doing wrong? In 2021 R2 it worked this way.

Error on Shipment of Lotted Items

Receiving the following error when trying to create a shipment for a lotted item.Not sure I understand this error because there is 1 item available in that specified lot. This error happening on all lotted items on Sales Orders.

Transit process

Hello all, I wanted to ask if there is already a transit process in Acumatica or planned?The process looks like this: A company from Germany orders e.g. metal in China. This metal is brought from the supplier in China to the port and shipped on a ship. The ship is on its way to Germany for at least half a year. In Germany, the goods are transported from the ship to the company, which then ships the material to the customer. In the ERP this should look like this: Purchase order to the main warehouse-> Stock transfer to fictitious storage location "Transit", as soon as the goods are loaded onto the ship in China (these transit transactions are to be displayed in an overview, from which the goods receipts can be created) -> As soon as the goods have arrived in Germany, a goods receipt is to be created from the above-mentioned overview, whereby a stock transfer from the storage location "Transit" to the storage location "Main" is triggered in the background and the goods receipt can

Historical Sales Order 'Backlog'

If you run the Sales Order Summary Report (SO610500) with no beginning date, the current date as ending and and additional filter of status not equal to complete, you would get a list if all Sales Orders that still need to be filled the their Open Qty and Open Amount.  I would call this the ‘Sales Order Backlog’ or Open BalanceI would like to see this same “Backlog” as of a historical date , say a year ago.  How could this be done? not quite sure where to begin…  thoughts?

Inventory allocations (PO Receipts) in inventory balance report

Hi,I have run the inventory balance report with following parameters.  In the report, it shows 20 items under PO receipts. But there is no uncompleted PO receipts available. I’m unable to identify what is the quantity shown under the PO receipts. Could anyone help me to identify what is this quantity shown under PO Receipts ? Thank you,Dulanjana

Require Prepayment to be captured to be marked as paid

We set up a prepayment terms ID with the settings to require %100 prepayments for an order to be processed. When using integrated credit card processing for payments, such as Authrize.net, we find that the system will recognize transactions that have only been autrhorized (not captured) as paid and apply it towards the order.See the screenshot of such a payment in the sales order.  Is there a way to overwrite it and it should recognize it only when it’s captured? Below is a screenshot of the terms set up.

Update Picking Location after Physical Inventory

Hi,  Is there a process that will update the picking location on a shipment after doing physical inventory?Example, we sell item EGI123 and it’s located in location “A”.A shipment is created and the picking location is “A”.After doing a physical inventory count we find that it’s actually in location “B” and we update accordingly using the physical inventory process. We now need the picking location on the picking sheet to be updated to “B” so the pickers can find it.

Deleting matrix items from template

I get the following error when trying to delete matrix items from the template: Attribute 'COLOR' is required by the template but is not set Not sure what it is missing, everything seems to be set correctly, was able to create the items no problem. Has anyone come across this issue? (yes I realize Deleting is misspelled in the header. cant change it…..)

SO Invoice Approval before release

I am trying to create an approval map where after a shipment is confirmed an approval is triggered prior to the invoice being prepared.  Would like shipping manager to be able to double check shipment is correct before the invoice is prepared.Any idea how to set that up?

Material Requisition Process

We have a client that allows employees to requisition items from the company stores (inventory).  The transaction is not a purchase requisition as the company already has the inventory on-hand.  The Stores Manager receives the requisitions and processes them through a reserve/pick/pack/ship process that delivers the requested goods to the requesting employee and then closes the requisition.  Does anyone know of such a process that exists in their IP inventory or anything like it on the Market Place?  I’ve looked and all I can find are items relating to Purchase Requisitions and this requirement is not that.

Mass Action Access

For audit reasons, our system admins cannot do mass actions where transactions are involved.  I need to allocate this access to a user, but I can’t seem to find any information on access when it comes to mass actions.  Please point me in the direction on some documentation in this regard!

Error in Process screen when attaching report to email

We have a requirement to attach custom report to email as an attachment. As per our requirement we created a process screen for this. Item Warehouse Detail doesn't get added automatically?

I could’ve sworn that when an SO Line gets created for a new combination of stock item + Warehouse, it automatically adds this to the Item Warehouse Detail table. Maybe I was dreaming though, or mixing that up with InSiteStatus. Now we’re discovering a bunch of Sales Order Lines w/ no “cost” because an Item Warehouse Detail row doesn’t exist for that Warehouse (even though a Current Cost exists on the Stock Item profile). Similar to the “Recalculate Prices” action on the Sales Order screen, is there (or could there easily be) a “Recalculate Costs” action? I’d like to avoid deleting a line and recreating it just to get the cost to retroactively fill in.Have any other customers, who deal with multiple warehouses, found a good solution to this problem? I guess I assumed that Acumatica was doing more intelligent automations on the back-end to ensure standard cost data integrity, but I guess not.

How to create bar codes for stock items in report designer

How do you create barcode labels for stock items using the report designer?I have configured the report to print barcodes for each item, however, the printed bar codes for each item are all exactly the same. Am I missing something here?

Paperless Picking Struck while picking less items than the number of shipments

Dear Connections,I have a question about paperless picking because I am now unable to finish it even if the picking volume is smaller than the shipment volume.In some circumstances, the shipment quantity can be "10." Actually, I have the necessary (Oh-hand =10 Qty) shipping quantity in my warehouse. Unfortunately, "2" pieces were broken. In order for me to choose only "8" quantity. As of right now, the process was interrupted at the picking level. The "complete line level" option that mobile apps have does not help me finish my selection procedure.Can anyone offer advice? Always have alert Note for Customers / Suppliers / Products visible in transaction

The alert note are actually visible only when we open a new transaction, but would be helpful to have it everytime we open any SO, PO… (all kind of transaction), or add an option to be visible always or only once. Some note need to appear even when an employee open an existing transaction to reduce risk of error, or because it might process by another one.

Restrict user actions in one warehouse

I want to restrict some users from creating purchase order receipts in one warehouse, but be able to do it in a different warehouse. I still want them to be able to see inventory levels and other info about the restricted warehouse.  Is there a way to do this? Restriction groups would restrict them completely.

Restrict Items by Warehouse in single Company Zero branches setup

Hi All, We are currently trying to figure out a way to restrict items per Warehouse.The company has a single Company Zero Branches setup, so we wouldn’t be able to restrict items and warehouse on a branch level for example. Is there a way of telling Acumatica in this set-up that specific items can only be used in Warehouse X but not used in Warehouse Y?Any ideas or experience would help! Unfortunately assigning Item Classes to Warehouse locations wouldn’t work here as the client has multiple item classes that would be allowed in each Warehouse and there is also some Overlap there.
