Facing this error while trying to Refresh Rates for Shipping

Hello all, I have been trying to refresh the rates for FEDex integration but it is throwing the following error:

Hello, please check the below steps:

1. Ship Via settings and Carrier settings:

2. Check Boxes settings, box should have active by default checkbox and Linear UOM.

3. Shipper Source (warehouse, branch etc) should have an address.
