Can Acumatica automatically match the 'EDI 856 - Advance Ship Notices' from the SPS Commerce to the 'orders' they belong to in Acumatica?

Hi @skumar98 Thanks for the details. My understanding Acumatica doesn't do a price comparison. It will accept the provided price via the API. This probably needs to be built on the ISV side.

However when a change of price is pushed via the API if it has changed than the actual price on details lines, it ticks a field called manual price. If this has not been ticked it means it has picked the system price.

May be you can just create a GI in the interim which gives details, line based on parameter price changed or not.

Hope this helps.

Hi @skumar98

The short answer is yes, can you please provide more details what exactly is being performed?

If you just trying to send ASN based on your SO=>shipment, your payload does have a ref to SO generated from Acumatica.

If you could give us more context, I will be able to elaborate more.

@amitkaryekar  At the moment we have these ASN’s in the SPS commerce site .However to my knowledge we don’t do anything with these ASN’s in acumatica . Ideally we would like to match (verify the quantity and the price are same) in the ASN’s to thier respective orders in acumatica . Does acumatica make sure the matching is done and if there are any discrepancies in quantity or price between the ASN and thee Order , we would like acumatica to highlight the errors.
