My company wants to start automatically assigning lead ownership in a Round Robin order, i.e. Employee 1, Employee 2, Employee 3, then back to 1 and continuing the cycle.
I know I can set an assignment map with Rules for each employee or workgroup, but I want to make it as fair as possible and evenly distribute leads to our Reps.
Is there a way to do this automatically without having a rule for each different employee?
You could use workgroups instead of employees. then assign each employee to the work group.

I did try that this morning, and while using the Assign Leads Process does assign the workgroup, it was not assigning an owner from the workgroup in Round Robin order, only letting you pick an owner from at workgroup manually.
My team is just looking to automate the process.
