What options do we have when setting up users to be able to add/view projects?
We know we can apply the system admin role to users for this (which I’m not very keen on).
Is there a different approach or various different approaches?

Hello
Did you try the access rights? We can grant the relevant access to the users from the Access Rights by Screen.
Example
View-only access rights
Now users can view the projects and they are unable to add or edit projects.
Delete access rights (Full Access)
Now users can add and edit projects.
Enter your E-mail address. We'll send you an e-mail with instructions to reset your password.
