Every year at the Acumatica Summit, Women in Technology (and any other attendees who want to participate) gather to discuss equity in the workplace.

    It would be awesome to be able to have the opportunity to work on building skills like networking, business communication, and public speaking.

    I think a lot of people sometimes struggle when they are among a lot of people who they don’t know and have never seen before. But networking is very important for building you career, so Summit is a great opportunity for them, we just need to help people and give them some tips round 1. how to be confident when you are in front of thousands of people you never met before. 2. How to quickly identify who you need to speak to. 3. how to transform this meeting into a long term business relationship that will eventually help you (and the other person).
