Backflush Labor check not defaulted in Estimates

I'm creating an Estimate in AM303000 screen.

While adding Operations in the details, the Backflush Labor check should be copied from Workcenter in the detail line.

I have created several workcenters with the Backflush Labor check selected but when I added to the operation, the check it's always cleared.

According to documentation this should work as is working in Bill of Material screen.

I'm using 23R2 version.

This is estimate
The check selected for Backflush in Workcenter

I need this check automatically copied from Workcenter in every estimate.

I have a workaround for some cases, and this applies to 24R2 so far as well.

It generally only works if all of your labor is backflushed for each work center, or you are only using one work center.

Go to Estimate Preferences

Under Default Work Center set a work center that has backflush labor checked

Create new estimate

Add new operation and the Default Work Center will populate.  The backflush labor box will be checked.

Add a new operation, it will select the default work center again. The backflush labor box will be checked.  Change the work center to the correct work center, backflush labor remains checked regardless if the new work center has backflush labor unchecked or checked.
