Error when I update the Customer Credit Limit

Team, could you help me with this error?
What I should do to eliminate the error?

Hi @Andrew1986 

Can you clarify the following :

  • are you updating the credit limit from the UI (AR303000?)
  • are there any customizations on the screen, if yes, do unpublish customization and try again 
  • version and build of Acumatica your instance is on

No, update the Credit Limit using API.
