My company implemented with Acumatica in the middle of 2016. At the time a default currency of “US” was chosen. All of our accounts and cash accounts default to the currency id of ‘US’. I assume that since that time more currencies have been added, and the US Dollar currency is now traditional labeled ‘USD’. Now we are trying to utilize the bank feed capabilities and I am getting errors preventing me from setting up the bank feed stating “Select a Cash Account in the USD currency”. I don’t see a way to change any of these existing accounts from the currency of US to USD. How do we fix this problem of US instead of USD?

Check with support and see if data services team can make required changes. Submit a case with requirement details. Services team will review and arrange a quote if the changes are doable.
