Looking for Video Demonstration of Acumatica AP Invoice Document Recognition Features

Hi Acumatica Community,

I’m exploring the capabilities of Acumatica’s AP Invoice Document Recognition and would love to see a video or demonstration that highlights the following:

  1. How the system processes inbound email attachments containing invoices (e.g., extracting data from emailed PDFs).
  2. How it works with scanned PDFs, particularly in terms of batch processing.
  3. Whether I can drag and drop multiple PDF invoices directly into Acumatica and have the system recognize and process them efficiently.

If anyone knows of existing videos, tutorials, or documentation that visually showcases these features, please share. Seeing it in action would be immensely helpful for my understanding and evaluation!

Thank you for the helpful resources! I took a closer look and created a quick video clip of the specific moment that shows the drag-and-drop feature: https://youtube.com/clip/Ugkxjdshu3PczEIooa9-JeCI0cdn-ybSFQXU?si=TY5_SEoG6kFnWYch

It’s great to see the drag-and-drop functionality in action, but I noticed it doesn’t demonstrate multiple PDFs being dragged and dropped at the same time. I’m curious:

  • If I drag and drop, say, 10 invoices (each a separate PDF), can I do it all at once? E.g. select all 10 and then drag/drop them into the Acumatica box. 
  • After doing that, would I see all 10 invoices listed as "pending" or ready for review in the corresponding Acumatica screen?

Thank you for sharing your expertise as it pertains specifically to the drag-and-drop feature for invoices. Some of our clients still scan paper invoices or prefer to manually drop multiple PDFs into Acumatica, which is why I ask.
