Are there a report in Acumatica that I can show to the auditors.
Auditors need to see if the users have posted anything to Acumatica in 2023, and if they have posted transactions, what they posted

Hello,
Mani has shown you where to set up an Audit to track changes. Audit works going forward and would not tell you about batches that are already posted.
NNT has shown you how to see what screens were opened by which users, and when.
In addition to what Mani and NNT have shown you, to see which users posted batches, with dates, and with identification of what kind of batches were posted in what amounts, please use Column Configuration button (circled) to add Last Modified by field to the Journal Transactions Preview List as shown:
Filter on Transaction Date or Post Period for 2023, then export to Excel for your Auditors. They can sort by person - or sort as they like.
Last Modified by represents when the batches above were posted to GL.
If your auditor has a login, she can open the batches and then drill-into the original document with “View Source” button.
