Is there a out of the box solution / setting to always exclude credit or debit memos from Statements?

Hi @dsimmerly there is no out of the box setting to do this. You could modify the Statement form using Report Designer and hide the Debit and Credit Memo’s on the print out/email. If this is only for certain customers you can have more than one statement layout so copy the existing one and make changes to it and then assign to the customers.

A bit of work but does not require development/customisation

@dsimmerly looking at the statement cycles screen, it doesn’t look like there is any way to exclude CM and DM so nothing out of the box like @dcomerford stated!
