Hi,

How to delete UnAssigned Locations lines in Inventory Summary.

In Inventory Summary data is not saving through direct tables.

Can anyone Suggest me how to delete UnAssigned Location from Inventory Summary.

Thanks,
Giri.

Hi @girik06 The unassigned location is common in Acumatica. Usually it is because there are PO’s that have not been received or orders are being booked. That appears what is happening with yours.

Try to recalculate the Inventory.

HI @girik06

Along with what @manikantad18 stated, when entering sales orders, ensure that the correct warehouse and location are being selected. If nothing is selected, you will get the Unassigned Locations. Most of the time you will find the SO Booked values in the <UNASSIGNED> row. That's because most people specify the Warehouse that they want on a Sales Order, but they don't click the ALLOCATIONS button to specify which Bin Location they want it to come from.

@girik06 ,

This is a standard functionality in Acumatica. If you have a Sales Order and it is awaiting allocations from a location for a shipment then this Unassigned location line shows up meaning you need to allocate qty from a location for the order.
