Customer portal provided by acumatica is fully functioned. However, we have a lot of customers do not have computer or tablet. They only want to place orders from phone. Unfortunately, the customer portal is not specifically designed for phone use.
Are there any solution can make user place orders on a phone in the way they like?
We’ve tried Shopify, but Shopify does not support level price, which we need.

Hi Ray, If the users want to use Mobile phones, assuming they are looking to use web based browser to place order, if so you can access Acumatica it will be responsive but not 100% user friendly.
Why not try, the native mobile app for iOS or Android and place an order? This should work for your users who have smart phones.

The “customer portal” can be logged by phone, but as you said , it is not 100% user friendly.
Which app are you referring to ? The “Acumatica APP”?
I’ve tried, it seems it can not support to log on to a “cusotmer portal site”, it can log to an “ERP site”.
The customers are not supposed to log to ERP site, though.
