Does Business events not work with these inquiry forms?

IN2020PL - Non-Stock Items
IN2025PL - Stock Items
CO4090PL - Incoming

I found the solution. I have leave the Track All Fields checkbox ticked in the Fields To Track tab. I changed it to track a few fields.

They are all GI’s these can be used to be the basis of a trigger for a Business Event. Can you tell me what it is you are trying to do?

@dcomerford What I’m trying to do is. When an email is received by acumatica, I want to trigger a business event which in turn create a record in opportunities form using import scenario.
