Uploading PDF invoice into Acumatica results in blank pages

When uploading a PDF invoice into Acumatica via Google Chrome v. 86.0.4240.111 it results in blank pages showing up in the uploaded document. We are running Acumatica Cloud ERP 2020 R1 Build 20.110.0017. This issue also occurred in our previous version of Acumatica Cloud ERP, but not the previous version of Google Chrome.

This issue is occurring for multiple users on the same version of Acumatica Cloud ERP and Google Chrome. However, when the same PDF files are scanned first, then, uploaded, the issue does NOT occur. Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Save As Optimizes for Fast Web view and Allow fast web view needed to be turned off in Adobe Acrobat under Preferences > Documents > ‘Save As Optimizes for Fast Web’

And also Preferences > Internet > Allow fast web view

Thank you,

Paula

Hello! Please specify, do you mean uploading to the Files menu in the Invoices form? Does your site hosted on Acumatica SaaS?

Could you please advise, what was the root cause of it, so if the other Acumatica users will run into it, we would know?
