Hi All,

Is this possible to setup for user only see the transaction and info belonging to the company that they sign in to?

There is 2 companies in my tenant, and user have access to both companies. When open the generic enquiry such as Sales Orders SO3010PL, I can see transactions of both companies in a place even I sign in to Company A.

I expect that can setup for user to see only the transaction of the current company that they are working on.

Are there any way to set it up?

Thanks in advance.

Hello,

I have seen two logins used to limit the transactions to one company at a time. This idea will work for some - not everyone will appreciate signing out and back in to switch companies, or perhaps logging in twice at the same time (two different browsers?).

Example:

Laura@Company1  : This User is in Company 1’s Branch Role, plus functional roles like AP, AR

Laura@Company2  : This User is in Company 2’s Branch Role, plus functional roles like AP, AR

Hi, you could try using filter by branch on the GIs. If a user has access to both companies, they will be able to see all transactions. To separate these transactions, you could create advanced filter on the GI by company.

Transaction from Company 1:

Company 2 transaction:

Hope this helps!
