Cannot make Appointmnets anymore


I’m running into an issue now that I can’t make appoints because I must be an Employee to a current Screen. I doubled check the employee screen and everything looks good and same same when under user. I’m full admin too.

 

whats the best way to take care of this? I went though every settings and can’t find where to correct this issue.

@garcimig09 Please go to the relevant user and assign a linked entity for the user who is trying to use the appointment screen as below

Hi @garcimig09 

You need to assign an employee to the logged in user. You do this on the Users (SM201010) form, on the Linked Entity field
