I have three or four production orders that are causing demand on MRP despite the fact that they are closed. Anyone have a list of things I could check to make sure everything has been correctly processed to trace back why this is happening? TIA

The close function of the Production Order should remove all allocation records.  MRP uses planned allocations to make recommendations.  It sounds as though you may have orphaned allocation records which need to be adjusted.  The Recalculate Inventory process may resolve this issue.  I would recommend you reach out to support to investigate your data further.

Hi, The production orders are “under complete” because they were duplicates and we did not need to process them. Accidents happened back when we were first going live and these are still hanging around. Thank you!
