Shipments - Zip Code Error

I’ve been getting this error because there seems to be some conflict with the City and Zip code.  This is what the customer has and what we ship to when we have to go into Fedex ship manager and do this manually.  Googling the towns zip it is off a number and this does say its another town.

Either way this is the correct address, is there a way to bypass this error?

Resolved the issue with Fedex Ship Manager, but it didnt fix my issue in Acumatica.

I’ll need to put in a ticket.

Hi @jyounes

A few things here:

  1. Do you have address validation turned on features?
  1. What is the postal code mask under Countries?

  1. What carrier service is being used that is returning this error?

  1.  Where is this feature so I can check
  2. This is how it was set up, I cleared the postal code input mask and country validation validation regexp as sugested in the post bellow yours.  Still got the error.
  3. Fedex.

Bumping, this is still an issue.  I’ve even tried just using the 5 digit zip instead of the 9  and still get the error.  This is the correct Zip and it works fine in Fedex Ship Manager.

If I enable the address verification services in Enable/Disable it tells me that its not configured for the US.

Two things from my end.

(1) As this seems to be an issue through the Integration supported by Acumatica, I would highly suggest to create a Support ticket (i know some towns are on the edge of two Zip Codes and can cause issues)

(2) the Address Verification services require external options such as Avalara. Avalara is a tax solution natively integrating with ACM and I would suggest using the verification feature if that solution is used for taxes too.
