Issue with Email Processing: Only One Email Attachment Getting Downloaded into Acumatica

When scanning 3 different documents, the scanner sends each document as a separate email with its own attachment. However, only one of the emails and its attachment gets downloaded into Acumatica. The other two emails remain on the email server and are still visible in Outlook.

Could you help identify why Acumatica is not processing all the emails and attachments? Are there specific email processing or configuration settings I should check to resolve this issue?
