Exchange Synchronisation Process gets stuck when processing

Hello,

 

We have successfully set up the Exchange server integration with acumatica.

However, in order to synchronise everything with outlooks such as tasks, contacts, events, we need to run this processing screen.
Which gets stuck every time returning one error message with no details:

Can someone asssit?
