Replace login_logo.png; how to access the file system when SAS (Acumatica hosted)

I’ve made a .png with our logo and the same height/width of the Acumatica logo so it should just be an easy swap.

We have a few site personnel that can’t seem to use bookmarks efficiently.  They google Acumatica login and end up on some other companies login page and they say they can’t get in, reset their password there etc.   Old dogs new tricks scenario.

This way if they don’t see our logo, they’ll know their in the wrong spot.

 

Question is in the title; if we’re hosted by Acumatica, how can I:

rename: login_logo.png to login_logo-old.png
upload our: login_logo.png

Hi David,

Yes; I saw that and our Acumatica Partner said that’s how they would do it since they don’t have access to the file system.  Replacing the login_logo.png should take about 15 seconds the way I was hoping to do it.  We’ve been quoted 3-4 hours of time for the customization package.

There are other options to consider here:

Changing the banner color of the company.

Also the upper logo image should be able to be changed on the visual appearance tab of the companies screen.

Thanks for the response David.

We have 3 live tenants with about 30 companies across them.  I’ve already changed each company logo and colour as you’ve suggested.

It’s really just the login screen I’m looking to change so site personnel don’t get confused between our login screen and others (why they can’t look at the address or use a bookmark is a different issue lol).
