Hi All,

Starting to use Project Management module and we have a couple of questions.  We are on 2023R2.  

  1. It appears that on Mobile app, photo log is a little awkward.  From what we see, you would have to create a Photo Log and use the “Files” button to take pictures or select from gallery.  But then they don’t appear on the “Photos” section and only live in the File Attachments.  We then would have to login to the web version and select “Upload from Attachments” to put the photos in the Photo Log.  This doesn’t make sense. Are we missing something?
  2. On Android, when taking pictures vertically, the “Done” button is covered up by the bottom home/status bar so you can’t submit the photo unless the phone is turned sideways.  If we do that the changes the orientation of picture.  Again, are we missing something?

​@saratvemuri You can add the Upload Photo from Attachments to the screen on the mobile app so you can do it from there but i do agree would be nice if you could have this happen automatically.

I tested this using the Android mobile app and had the same result as you.  I attempted to create a business event for the Photo Log screen but that was not an available screen ID in the Screen Name selector.  I thought it might be possible to have the business event import the photos from the attachments on a Record insert event.  Maybe someone on the Construction team will comment.

​@saratvemuri You can add the Upload Photo from Attachments to the screen on the mobile app so you can do it from there but i do agree would be nice if you could have this happen automatically.
