Is there a way to add a time stamp to when EDI salesorders enter Acumatica?

OK -- I’m not familiar with their integration but assume that they push orders to the standard Sales Order entry screen? If that’s the case then you will have the CreatedDateTime field set with the order for you to review.

Hi @michellec11,

What are you using for your EDI integration?

There’s a CreatedDateTime and LastModifiedDateTime field in the Sales Order table that is automatically set when the order is created; you can view this information from an inquiry or from the Help->Audit menu if you have the Audit History role assigned to your profile.
