Business Events Not Triggered According to Generic Inquiry

I created a simple business event with trigger condition that whenever my GI has new line, it should send email notification. I created a simple GI to test it but somehow it is not triggering no matter how I change the GI or BE condition.

 

My GI has the following fields, with condition that only when a field is not blank, the record will only be inserted into the GI

Did you added all Key fields for every data field you have added in the GI.

Please share the GI, BE to review and assist.

I did added all fields previously but it is not working either, my current GI has removed unused fields. Please refer to attachment for my xml file, thank you for assisting.

You should keep the date is not empty in GI and Business events just mentioned new field value and try.

I tried it and it does not trigger the event
