Errors on tabs?

I have these lingering tabs on a GI I’m working on and can’t delete them. This is the error message I get when when trying. Any ideas on how to clean this up?

Hello,

I’m still thinking about your mysterious filters.

Can you add a little more detail about what happened before the error?

Can you see, when clicking the Filter/Funnel icon, on what fields the Filters are filtering?  Could the filters be using fields that were later removed from the GI Results tab?  If the Filters are trying to use filters that are no longer in the Results tab of the GI, add back the fields temporarily, delete your filters, and then remove or disable the fields in question.

I also think it’s interesting the Screen Id in your error is 0000000, and I expect that’s not the ID of your GI.  I found an old post on AUG Forums where someone’s GI screen number reverted to 00000000, answered by Royce. I think the problem was in the Site Map - but they had issues with their URL too.

If these ideas and Daryl’s don’t help you, please post the errors found in Tools → Trace.

Hello @jamest62 ,

The tabs you are seeing might be Filters. Please try:

1. Click the tab you’d like to delete.
2. Click the funnel icon, top right, below and to the left of “Tools”.

  1. In the pop-up filters screen, you should see the name of the filter you’d like to remove, at the top. Click REMOVE at the bottom of Filter Settings screen.

Example:

Edit:  Sorry, I’m just noticing your error.  Are you following the same steps that I listed above, to delete your tabs?

Is there any extra information in Tools-Trace after the error appears?

You could try finding these on the Filters screen. I've not seen this before. You may need a SQL script to delete them. Alternatively, copy the GI and remake it.

HI @jamest62

You could try changing the ScreenID in the site map.

000000 is the main screen id, which could be causing issues as @Laura02 said.
