Am I violating copyright policy?

Hi,

I bought a Private Cloud Perpetual, 5 tenants, 500 users, Transaction Tiers X2, 50K Monthly Commercial
Transaction Volume, 1M Monthly ERP Transaction Volume. I'm trying to install ACU on 3 different servers and use the same License Key, does that violate the copyright policy?.
I purchased maintenance until Jan 19, 2024 so can I get the latest update eg 2023 R1. Please help thanks
