Our approval maps have always been employee supervisors and when we upgraded to the new version somehow its changed. We are not able to approve time cards because there are lines that are not approved. The only approver is the supervisor but Acumatica wont let us do that now. Any suggestions, yes I did put in a case. No response for 5 days to the case.

I’ve hit a similar issue mcoman and submitted a case as well.
As a workaround, the client was exporting the timecard, re-uploading the info, and then re-submitting. It seemed to bypass the time activity approval line errors.
