Business Event Missed or Delayed

Is there any way to increase the priority on running business events? It seems like when the system is busy during imports or automation schedules, it either does not process business events or delays it a very long time.

Has anyone solved this before?

@jcox43 If you do not see the message getting into the queue, that is a problem. What are the Fields to Track on your business account? have you included all key fields from inquiry Tables into the Results Grid?

@jcox43 what kind of business event you have? does it have type trigger by automation schedule or Trigger by Record Change?

The Business Event type trigger by record change will always get into the queue as soon as the trigger condition satisfied but there is a chance get processed with delay in case the queue has other records waiting for process.

The business event I’m noticing right now is a very simple one which just looks at a GI which populates sales orders created with a certain description.
It is triggered by record change
The events don’t seem to even get queued up looking at “System Queue Monitor”
