Hi I am settling up a connection to BigCommerce and have template items which are syncing with BigCommerce using the connector. I have attached images to my attributes used in the configuration of my matrix item and would like these to sync with the Variant Options in BigCommerce. Does anyone know if this is possible please? Thanks Matt
Hi I have non-stock template item kits set up which are picked and packed at point of order. This works great when I process the order in Acumatica. When the non-stock item is pushed to BigCommerce it is allocated as a Digital item and not a Physical and therefore does not have the associated shipping process and can be ordered without the need to input an address or select shipping options. If I manually change the item in BigCommerce to Physical, the resync from Acumatica overwrites this. The non-stock items have Require Shipment flagged on them. Is there a way to have non-stock items sync as Physical? Many thanks Matt
Hello I am trying to sync related products against template items between Acumatica and BigCommerce. I am able to do this with non template items and it works as expected. For template items I have tried adding a related item to one of the SKU’s in the template item but it does not sync through. Is there a way to associate related products to template items please? Thanks Matt
HelloIs it possible to use Related Items in the same way that you can on the Sales Order screen SO301000 with the Sales Quote screen CR304500.ThanksMatt
Hi I am trying to add the project ID selector to the Item Classes screen. I have added a custom field and created a control and have tried to use the ProjectBaseAttribute to allow me to select a project and save it against the class. [ProjectBaseAttribute(DisplayName="Project ID")]When I validate I receive the following error:\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.cs(23): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'ProjectBaseAttributeAttribute' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.cs(23): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'ProjectBaseAttribute' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.cs(23): error CS0246: The type or namespace name 'DisplayName' could not be found (are you missing a using directive or an assembly reference?)\App_RuntimeCode\PX_Objects_IN_INItemClass_extensions.
Hi Does anybody know if there is a field length limit on ODataV4 in Acumatica? I have created a Custom Data Field in a Customization Project and I can’t see the field via ODataV4. I can see other Custom Data Fields via ODataV4 in the same DAC. I can add the field to a GI and use OData (not v4) to retrieve it but can’t see it via V4. The field is 2000 characters long and I wondered if this was why it was not being shown when I pull the DAC with ODataV4. Thanks Matt
Hello Is it possible to populate the Description (Image alt text) field in BigCommerce when uploading images from Acumatica using the Acumatica connector. Thanks Matt
Hi I have been trying to set up CTP with a multi-level BoM and I am having some trouble. Does anyone know if CTP work with multi-level BoMs please? Thanks Matt
Hi I would like to automatically print the production ticket when production orders are released. I was wondering if I could do something like business event. Has anyone done anything like this before? Thanks Matt
Hi I was wondering if the new Arena PLM integration supports muli-level BoMs. Often in an environment where a product is produced with a multi-level BoM, if a lower level BoM changes for any reason the revision of the parent level BoM should also change revision when the lower level BoM is updated. This is to reflect that the finished good produced is a different version as a result of the component part BoM having changed. Is this something the integration can mange? Thanks Matt
