Hi

I was wondering if the new Arena PLM integration supports muli-level BoMs.

Often in an environment where a product is produced with a multi-level BoM, if a lower level BoM changes for any reason the revision of the parent level BoM should also change revision when the lower level BoM is updated. This is to reflect that the finished good produced is a different version as a result of the component part BoM having changed.

Is this something the integration can mange?

Thanks

Matt

Revision tracking of Items and BOMs is managed by Arena.  I would recommend reaching out to Arena to gather more information as to if changing a sub-assembly can force a revision change of the parent.

The integration/sync logic is built to look for changed data in Arena to add/update the items and manufacturing BOM in Acumatica.  So if the lower level BOM is changed in Area, but the parent level BOM is not changed in Arena- Acumatica would reflect the same.
