Since upgrading to 2021R1 we are having an issue where if you are in the licensed tenant and open a new browser to open test tenant, it logs you out of the licensed tenant. Has anyone noticed this behavior lately?
Looking for a report or GI that would show available inventory for components of a kit. I can’t seem to locate anything like that but it sounds familiar. Am I missing something or does this not exist? Original question from client: I want a report that shows my available inventory on hand for all the components in a kit, all on one report.
Does anyone else’s add-in just spin unless you close Outlook and reopen? Not using a web browser, using the outlook app.Then you can use it once and have to close and reopen it every time you want to add something to Acumatica? At first I was told I have to have the Display settings in Outlook set to Optimize for compatibility but it was already set to that so I changed to Optimize for best appearance (application restart required) and it would work for one use. Switched back and of course had to restart and it worked for one use again. I now just close and reopen without changing the settings and can use it for one use. Getting tired of closing and reopening Outlook in order to get things attached in Acumatica.
I am trying to find some old ideas I have created and nothing is coming up for me. I have since switched companies so I was just looking by my last name. I don’t even see a “my ideas” option anymore. I was able to locate this one because I remembered it was an expense idea so I searched for expense and had to scroll down to locate my name. Can you not search by name?
I am having an issue where only the first line or second line of my import scenario is attaching to my case and not both.
Does anyone else have a problem with not being able to scroll on the left side of the screen for recently viewed record types? I can see A, B, C, and E types. Then what? Can’t get to sales orders, opps, workorders, etc. There isn’t a scroll bar to scroll so having to scroll through All records defeats the purpose of being able to narrow down by types.Am I missing something?
Client would like to be able to have his projects go through an approval process if it has been moved from suspended to active. We were not able to to find anything other than writing some code with a custom action. Does anyone have any other ideas?Client is currently on 2021R1 but testing for 2022R1 upgrade
Client is doing testing from 22R2 to 23R2 and came across the warning “The selected project is billed using pro forma invoices. Manually created AR document will not be tracked in the project budget on the Projects (PM301000) form and will not be shown in the project-related reports.”We see the data on the budget lines of the project so we are wondering what this warning means. After doing some research in the community and release notes I don’t see what they are talking about. Could someone enlighten me?
