How can I import data from SQL using an import scenario with an Order By clause? Or what work arounds have you come up with? Most situations I’ve just made sure the data is in SQL in the order I want it, but sometimes that’s a challenge with complex views. The issue is it creates conflicts where there are many detailed rows but the data is not in order. Setting Save to Each row or Batch size to 1 doesn’t help either. The help documentation specifically says Order By cannot be used in the command fiels, so I’m guessing this is a common issue.
A lot of our Customers want us to ship product Collect and bill their freight account. We are not integrating Carriers into our system as of yet but has anyone come up with a good way for Order Entry to key in the Customer’s freight account so it is visible on the Shipment Conformation and the Invoicing department will charge the correct account. all ideas are welcome.
Hello - I am trying to join GLTran, Batch, ARInvoice and ARTran tables, but my records are duplicating. Is there a way to join these so that only 1 line per GL account appears? Here is what I have currently:
I am struggling with setting up a client selling clothing in New York state and using native Acumatica tax for the Sales taxThe issue is clothing items in New York state are exempt from NY state sales tax for items under $110. Clothing is then subject to a country clothing surtax (which can be different than the county tax) and several counties waive the tax under $110.My issue is when a sale is for example 200 tee shirts at $10. I can only assign a tax category to the inventory item. I have set up Tax ids for NYExempt and then each county/clothing tax. The tax ids are set up as exclusive line level. I have set up tax zones by county/cloth and assigned the specific county/cloth and NYexempt tax id to it.When I invoice the 200 tee shirts, it only exempts $109 as it looks at the line item as a whole due to tax category being assigned instead of tax id.Also, when I have multiple lines for clothing, it is treating it as document exclusive and only exempting 109 instead of the lines by
Dear All,Can you show me how to enable this field? Thanks in advance!
Hello Community,I have a graph that I need to create that will show 6 or so months at a time of inventory value. I attempted to create a GI similar to the Historical Inventory Valuation and it is not working how I had hoped. My GI seems to be working for the most part, but the ending balances do not match those on that report writer form. Which has a few formulas mixed with different aliases to create the ending balance. Any suggestions of a report that I could use to create this graph with? Thank you,Trisha
What is the difference between Qty and BaseQty in Acumatica and when should I use each? For example the SOShipLineSplit has both a Qty and BaseQty column. there is also a PackedQty and BasePackedQty on the SOShipLineSplit. This pattern is used with other tables then the SOShipLineSplit though. Thank,Philip Engesser
I was doing some checks on space usage this morning - we are on a SaaS model and have purchased a set amount of storage space.I was wondering what the MLEvent table records? Just under 10% of our current data storage is used up by this table.
Good morning, I thought I would reach out to see if anyone is manually processing Amazon payments, and specifically how are you handling the Monthly Reserve withholding and subsequent release in the following month? Since each has an impact on the payment amount how are you applying those to payments?
It is not happening on every sale but periodically the sales order when we convert it to an invoice changes the ship to address sales tax to the company address rate. the office is VA but ship to is Florida in this example.
