@freddydelrio39 Like Simon said if the order in Acumatica is Completed and if there are no updates to Id/Email/Phone/Order amount/tax/qty/Shipping address info then the sync history record would stay as processed. Also, please note, Sync History(BC301000) is for error handling so you might need all the records. May be we should provide an ability to archive the records so that you do not see them in the regular tabs. If you think it is useful please note on this
@freddydelrio39 We would like to see what and how you configured your Ship Via with the Shipping Carries substitution list as shown below. Also, we would like to know the actual name that you have in Acumatica and how it is displayed in shipment confirmation. Is the ship via with a carrier integration or a regular ship via?Either you could provide them with screenshots here or create the case with Acumatica support for us to help better.
@freddydelrio39 Are you saying that regardless of how the Ship Via is named in Acumatica, once the shipment is exported to from Acumatica to Shopify then the tracking company is named as SSSTANDRD or CHEAPEST? Please clarify.
@freddydelrio39 You can unmap but the customer might not get the tracking number as a hyperlink if there is not carrier info provided.
@Yuri Karpenko Could you please check what you have in the Customer Location? If the mappings are inactive it would pick from the Customer Location.
@dgodsill97 @kkeating24 Today you can provide the guest customer in the entities import mapping and the system will always use that customer record for all the sales orders. But there two problems with this. The system will still import the customer though it is not going to be used in the sales order. You cannot disable the Customer entity in the stores form when the Sales Order entity is enabled. We are planning to fix this in 24R2 version.
@AHanke You are looking for a sort order in the Matrix items?
@MSwanson86 Could you please let us know from where you have heard this? As far as we know, Shopify doesn't support multiple UOMs for the same product unless you create multiple variants.
@Algoritmollc Have you tired this setting in the Shopify Stores form?You need to map the Shopify Location with the Acumatica Warehouse. Once it is configured then import and let me know if it works.
@kkeating24 During the order import, the connector forces the system to have the same taxes as in the external system. Only when the order is modified and if the Disable Automatic Tax Calculation is not turned ON then it will recalculate by contacting Avalara(Exemptions come into play here). Otherwise, it wont contact Avalara and the taxes in the Sales Order will remain as it is which will be same as in Shopify.
@tararosenthal Currently, we do not have lot of requests so this is not in the plan to implement in ERP. You can vote for this feature here

@Dana Moffat This is one of the most requested feature. Ability to make the Template ID as editable for the matrix items so that users can link the template ID to the manually created matrix items. We are already checking if the linked matrix item and template item has the proper variants out of the box.
