Hi @jyounes A few things here: Do you have address validation turned on features? What is the postal code mask under Countries? What carrier service is being used that is returning this error? Where is this feature so I can check This is how it was set up, I cleared the postal code input mask and country validation validation regexp as sugested in the post bellow yours. Still got the error. Fedex.

Got it, the approval step was added and that part looked to be what was making me miss it.
@jyounes Hello. Try unchecking the commit flag for the document type and see if that resolves this issue. Did not work, this was one of the options I tried as well. This order Type IN is special, because we do not need need to do the shipping because its done after by our 3rd party, and goes right to invoices.
Looks like there was a previous sales load that had included the same sales. Typically sales orders are termed but it looks like these customers were upfront and those sales were loaded during last weeks remittance upload.
Bumping, this is still an issue. I’ve even tried just using the 5 digit zip instead of the 9 and still get the error. This is the correct Zip and it works fine in Fedex Ship Manager.
If I enable the address verification services in Enable/Disable it tells me that its not configured for the US.
Im currently on the phone with Fedex, they are saying Ship mananger is outdated, so im going to try that first.
Resolved the issue with Fedex Ship Manager, but it didnt fix my issue in Acumatica.I’ll need to put in a ticket.
