in the image under the internal tab there is nothing. For the other entities pages it works just fine but for shipments it doesn’t. Anyone know why this is and how I could fix it?

That field appears to be for the Shopify connector, not Big Commerce. I do not have a drop down there either. 

 

In the help, it does not appear to show what the Target Field is for that:

 

 

Have you tried to ask your partner to assist?


Hi Brendan, there should still be fields under the internal tab in the formula editor, but there are no fields in the drop down either, it is just blank. Can you see fields there in your instance on the shipment entity? 


It looks like you may be hitting the wrong button? The down arrow, not the pen is what you want to select...
