Is there a way to make a map for incoming case classes?

Hi,

I am trying to figure out a way to make cases that are being created by incoming emails automatically be assigned to to certain case classes based on rules. I only see how to assign them to different employees in the organization, not how to create a map for case classes.

I appreciate the help!

You can break them into multiple folders in your email client and set up an email account per folder in Acumatica.

You can assign them to classes through the System Email Accounts (SM204002) setup. You can assign each email setup to another class.

Thank you. But if we get multiple different case classes from our general “info” mailbox, is there a way to differentiate them?

Hi @Jack Bernstein we are looking for something similar, would you mind sharing your setup? How are you determining which email should go into what folder and how are the folders set up in Acumatica?
