Suppressing of Picture Box in report if a field is blank

The client is requesting the creation of a labels with barcodes (picture box) for use with purchasing receipts. One of the barcodes on the label is for the item’s lot/serial number. There are some receipts/items do not have lot/serial numbers, so we need to suppress the barcode (picture box). 

I have not been able to find a way to suppress the picture box. Has anyone found a workaround for this issue.

@dsafstrom23 I believe you can use VisibleExp under Behavior section of Report Designer in which you can decide under what condition an element to be visible.
