notes and attach file have disappear on sales order

i added conditional formatting to my sales order to this

 

after the weekend the notes and attachments files have disappeared.

how do i put it back

If you have any grouping on the generic inquiry, this also removes any files/attachments.

If you look at the column selector on the upper left corner of the grid, are they in there?

Was the screen removed from the entry screen? I always go back to what has changed, if anything.

@aiwan is there are way that i can group and still maintain the notes and attach file?

because without adding group my data will duplicate.

You should review your joins in your GI, these are what will be causing the issues, I can see you have “Mark for PO” and “Mark for Production” as filters, so I am guessing you are joining at least SOOrder and SOLine, SOOrder usually contains many SOLines which means there could be various notes on each line.

 

I have never tried this so I do not know if it works but you could try to remove any grouping with your main parent table on your GI. Although, I do not think it is possible to have attachments/notes on a grouped GI.
