+11Other items to consider in addition to the Purchase Receipt Billing Details (above)are
- Purchase Accrual Balance by Period (inquiry)- Look at the current period and you’ll see any receipts or returns that don’t have bills (and any bills that don’t have receipts if you have that option turned on for some vendors on or there are date discrepancies where the bill has an earlier period)
- The stock AP Clerk dashboard has a widget called “PO Receipts to Bill” which takes you to an inquiry called Open PO Receipts (screen ID AP0009DB). This one has no date filter.
- The stock Purchasing Manager dashboard has a widget called “Unbilled Receipts.” This opens to an inquiry called “Purchase Receipts for Last 12 Months” (screen ID PO3020BI) This one is just looking at the last 12 months.
