Unable To Apply Two Filter Of Similar Sort In Report

Hi,I am editing the SO Invoice report SO643000 and adding in packing info to the invoice so it will show what item is pack to which Skid or Box. After finishing my whole setup, it would work great for invoices. However it now product a blank report when the document type is Credit. Examples below:Credit Memo:Invoices (Boxes):Invoice (Skid)I know the main issue is when I apply SOShipLineSplitPackage.PackedQty filter to IsNotNull, it somehow takes away information from Credit Memo. I have tried to change the filter to apply IsNull for Credit Memo and IsNotNull for INV, but it did not work. Does anyone have suggestion on what I can do to achieve below logic, either with Filter or another way?If it is Invoice, PackedQTY is not empty If it is Credit Memo, PackedQTY is empty.Thank you,Calvin

Advanced Filters in Report. "Additional Filtering Conditions"

Hi Everyone, I’d like to use the Date-Relative Filter Clause: “@WeekStart-1” and “WeekEnd-1” so that I can have this report distributed via email weekly with the previous week’s shipments. The additional filtering condition does not let me enter anything but a hard-coded date. I’ve looked in report designer “build schema” but couldn’t find anything obvious that is casting this field as requiring a hard-coded date value.The documentation only references this pane in context of the “Behavior > ViewerFieldsMode” property. I have it set to MergeWithUsedPerhaps Advanced Filters can be enabled in the Report designer and I missed it? Thank you,

Transactions and Profiles - No Items found

Hello All. New to the acumatica sceen. Am doing training un the SweetLife U100 company, on version 21.101.0047. When i do a search, under transactions and profiles, it keeps comming back with No Items Found, even though i have searched for things that exist. I tried typing in “fourstar” (without quotes), which is a customer in the database, and according to the training, should have pulled up some stuff in the Transactions and Profiles tab. But i am getting “No items found for fourstar.” Can anyone point me to, what might be wrong, that the search is not finding anything to display in Transactions and Profiles.Thanks in advance all.Dan.

Pro Forma Invoice GI - Activities tie in

Hello, I am creating GI for Pro Forma invoices, the main goal of the GI is to mass send out Pro Forma Invoices to customers. I am having trouble connecting the Activities information for the Pro Forma invoices (PM307000), see attached picture for reference. I would like the GI’ to populate in a column if the Pro Forma has been emailed before or not. Below is a screenshot of the current results grid (last line): When I run the GI, I receive the below error: any suggestions on how to resolve this error? Thank you,KT

Using curent user Workgroup in generic inquiries filters

Hey ! I currently face difficulty with filtrering query results :I often need to restrict the documents visible for user (ie Invoices or P.O.) I use the @me parameter but I also need to keep the abaility for the general accounting users to see all the lines without restriction (They may not be the creator, last modificator or owner). Is the a way to pass the workgroupID of the curent user in parameter or an other way to escap filtrering with condition of the curent user ? Thanks for your help. Cécile

Physical Inventory Review - Positive Variance is $0 unit cost

During the physical inventory review process, when we complete our count the unit rates are calculating properly for negative variances.. but for positive variances it returns the unit cost as $0?We are wanting the unit cost to pull from the average unit price that exists in that specific warehouse.

Tabular Report not displaying correctly as a Subreport

Hello,I have a tabular report that I’ve generated. It prints fine if it’s run as a standalone report. It’s to summarize AR Invoice data to assist with invoice reconciliation to the supporting documents. Along the left side I have the employees grouped by the field tickets/LEMs that the data came from (custom solution) and the columns are the inventory/labor items. The issues is when I add my tabular “LEM Summary” report to the AR Invoice, the rows are not grouping/displaying correctly. At the beginning of the subreport I’m getting all my group header/footers, but for the detail sections, I’m just getting the records for employees with the first inventory item instead of all the employees. All the rows do eventually print further down, but the grouping is not correct.Here’s an extract of my “Invoice LEM Summary” when it’s embedded as a subreport in the AR Invoice template. The only parameters for the subreport are the Invoice DocType and RefNbr. All the data in the subreport is

Use Site Logo on Report instead of Report Logo

FIRST OFF: I just attended my first Acumatica Summit and heard all about how amazing the community is and how helpful people are; so I’m bought in, show me what you got! Our sales department wants a more formal look to our quotes/proposals and so the graphics guy has designed a template with a black header. Unfortunately our standard report logo doesn’t look good on a black background, but our site logo would. Creating a report that is returning duplicate records

Can someone help me with what I’m doing wrong here please?I created a report joining 2 files to retrieve Customer #, Customer Name, Email address, and Date the Customer # was created. Joining the 2 files to include the Email address returns the same line multiple times for some customers, while other customers only return a single record.What can I do to prevent the duplicate records?

using a SQL script in a GI

We have a SQL script given to us by acumatica to detect projects that have a problem preventing us to change the AP pay by single project setting. We then have to make the projects the script provides to activate the projects from a completed state. Change the AP setting and then mark those same projects complete. I was hoping to use mass update in a GI to do this so I don’t have to give the AP clerk access to the SQL database to run the script. The fix for this bug isn’t scheduled for 2023 R1 and we would have to do this process on a weekly basis. I am open to other ideas also.

Business event not working when creating SO programmatically

HiI have the BigCommerce (BC) connector.I import Sales Orders from BC using an Order Type called EO.I have EO type setup to go ONHOLD when createdI created a Business Event of type Record Inserted on a GI to remove the hold using an Import Scenario.When I create EO on SO301000 screen by hand, the BE triggers fine. Within 3 seconds.When I create EO using BC, nothing happens. The new EO appears on the GI, meaning it pics it up, but the BE never triggers.I have seen this behavior before on other functions where a transaction that’s created programmatically DOES NOT trigger a BE.Why is that?

Is there a way adjust the BE datasource GI without coming to Generic inquiry setting screen(SM208000)

Hello, I am sorry. I don’t know whether it is too much to ask.We are using a GI as the datasource of Business Event to monitor the PO receiving. The GI is with predefined monitor conditions by me.And I help change the conditions if user ask. I know, I know, it should be not difficult to teach the user change the conditions himself.But the user I served is not so good at computer. And I am also afraid he might get something wrong if he works directly on Generic inquiry setting screen (SM208000). Is there a way he can adjust the datasource without coming to Generic inquiry setting screen (SM208000).?

Show results in tables and charts as last 365 days

I am trying to use a pivot table to show the sum of sales of an inventory item over the last 365, or trailing 12 months. Acumaitca only gives me the option of using “@YearStart” and “@YearEnd”. I was wondering if there was a value I could type in from trailing 365 days today.

Cannot put UDF on shipment packlist

Hello,I created a UDF on the shipment screen. Not an attribute, a user-defined field.I want to print this on SO644000.rpx.While this report does have the SOShipment dac on it, the attribute is not available within the report builder for me to select.I created a generic inquiry just to make sure the field exists, and it does. I can select it for the GI.I just can’t select it in Report Builder. I even tried manually using it as a value by typing the name as it should be in the “Value” of the field on the report. It will not validate.If I examine the DAC SOShipment it is there. Any thoughts why this would be available for user everywhere except in the report builder?Thanks!

Is there a way to optimize showing images in the report ?

Hi All,We have a custom made report to show the balances of inventory stock items including their images.The report runs ok without images but it crashes when we execute it with the image option.Also it runs fine for a small set of data with the image. So the problem is when you have over 1000 records to be loaded with the images.This is what that is used to load the images at the moment:Could someone please let us know if there is a way to optimize showing images?.Thank You

Adding State parameter with lookup to report returns empty list

Hello,I am having trouble getting a parameter with lookup to =Report.GetFieldSchema('ARShippingAddress.State’) lookup works but returns an empty list, I am guessing that I need to indicate the country for the lookup or something I am missing ?Any help would be greatly appreciate it.

Available Quantity vs On Hand Quantity

We are trying to download a report of all Available Qty but can only seem to find a report that shows On Hand Quantity. Any suggestions? I want the available qty as that shows everything that is available to sell where as the on hand quantity will show all inventory (even inventory allocated to a sales order).

Creating a 30/60/90 days balance on a statement/Aging Report

Hi All,I am trying to figure out what the formula would be in order for me to track invoice balance for the last 30 /60/90/over 90 days. I have modify a report base on AR.63.30.00 AR Balance by Customer MC.Currently the formula $StCycCurrTot / =$StCycAgeTot00 / =$StCycAgeTot01 / $StCycAgeTot02 / $StCycAgeTot03 are pulling a sum base on the month and not by how many days the invoice is open. If you look at the above example, you can calculate that Over 30 Days don’t add up properly as Today is April 18, and the transactions that should have been added is between Mar 7 to Mar 15. However if you add all the March transaction together, the value $6863.91 is correct. The goal is for this report to show balance based on the number of days and not based on the month.
