Hello! I am trying to create a GI that shows the response time spent on cases. I need to find the difference between the case create date time and the first outgoing email completed time by our employees.
We have a business event set up where there is an automatic email that goes out to inform the customers that we have received their case, so right now the ‘InitialOutgoingActivityAtDate’ field is pulling the time of that automatic email response.
Not sure if this is possible or not, but is there a way to retrieve the first email sent by an employee? A email that has an owner?
