Someone else made the report and I cannot seem to to get rid of the border. There should be an easy fix for this, and I’m not lazy, I googled it but couldn’t find a solution. Can someone guide me in the right direction on how to get rid of the border from the report?

I’m sure you are NOT lazy and the thought never entered my mind as a possibility. 
I understand you are trying to remove a border - I found one Community post describing adding a border that may help. This post describes how a Border may come from a Panel within the report. Perhaps removing the border Style or border Width will help? A Border may also come from a Subreport: did you already investigate these possibilities?
Many report experts on this community will like to see your report exported, zipped, and attached to this thread so they may evaluate your exact report and give you a corrected report or the exact answer.
I hope one of my ideas, possible new places to look for the border, leads you to the answer.
