We have added Latitude and Longitude data to our Customers (Customer Master screen, Shipping), and when I add the field to our Customers GI, both columns are blank even though there is data. Not sure what I am doing wrong here.

To get the correct address data including the geolocation data, you need to get the address not directly from the Customer but from the default Customer Location:
I your configuration you already have the Location table in the relations. So, the only thing you have to do is to join the Address table to the Location table and remove the initial relation between Customer and Address:
After that, you should be able to see you geolocation data in the output:
