Generic Inquiry shows files in Acumatica but not the associated portal

Hi,

We are attempting to expose customer specific files on an Acumatica portal via a Generic Inquiry. We already have one that exposes common files associated with the customer using the @me condition which works file.  These files are associated with a property and have the “Is Public” option checked in the file Maintenance screen. We are linking the usual suspects:

 

Contact → Customer → NoteDoc → UploadFile → UploadFileRevision

 

We are adding the files on the customer screen.  When the GI runs in Acumatica, and the @me disabled, we can see the files. In the portal, with and without the @me enabled, we cannot see any files.  We also checked and unchecked the “Is Public” checkbox, without success.  We also attempted to add the files to the customers associated business account, replacing in the GI the customer table with the Business Account table, also with no successes.

 

What are we missing?
