Attribute visibility in GI

cbrown07

I have created a GI to display attributes on the BAccount entity

This works fine but when I add a new attribute it doesn’t show up as an attribute to select.

I can join BAcount to CSAnswers and see that the Attribute is there

But it’s not available in the field list, is there something else I have to do to get it to show up in the GI?

Thanks,

Chris

I have added an attribute to customers (PRODUPDATE)

But I can’t see it to select from my GI?

Have you added it for customers, then please find the data from the Customer table.

Hi @cbrown07

Which screen you are trying to Update the attribute Info?

You can directly add the attribute details with BACCOUNT like we are doing in Customer, vendors and Inventory Items tables

Hi @cbrown07

Share with me the screenshot of an attribute from the Attribute screen and how you configured it?

Hi manikantad18

“Have you added it for customers, then please find the data from the Customer table.”

YES, that was my problem, the first 2 attributes were added to the Business Account and the 3rd to the Customer!

Thanks for taking the time to look at this

You can export the Data from the customer and add it now in the Business account and transfer the data into Business account with an import scenario.
