How to create a prepayment from Bill & adjustment with a project showed in AP Aging.

Hi all,

We create a prepayment from Bill & adjustment with project. (Document A) at this time It Does not generate any transactions to GL and not on the aging after release.

When we pay prepayment, we do in Check & payment with Check type and Apply the prepayment number A. We also update Project in financial tab, At this point the PP is on the Aging, and update transaction to GL.

But when we run the aging report, it does not show the project.

Does any one have any ideas, please share with me

Hello,

For now, I think a customization will be needed to the aging report, to add the project field from the financial tab of checks and payments when the document type is Prepayment.

There is a related (but not identical) request in the Ideas section of this community that you may wish to vote up:
