Hi! We have a user who sees an empty contract screen when drilling into a contract.
We have checked and have given the user the delete access level for this screen for all the roles she has under the ‘Unrestricted External User’ type. A user without this user type and has the system admin role can login to the customer portal and view the contract fine. We tried matching permission for this screen to the system admin role and had no luck.
Any ideas on why the contract screen is empty on customer portal for this user?
