AP Document Recognition losing detail lines when creating Bill

AP Doc Rec...incoming document recognized...non-inventory lines added to the detail with only a line description and an Ext Cost...upon “Save and Continue” the detail lines do not carry over to the bill and have to be reentered.

Question...should the detail lines be carrying over? Am I missing something required in the lines?
